About Carol-Ann Salley

Carol-Ann is an artist who is inspired by her love of nature. She grew up in the Philadelphia area where she earned her Associates Degree in Commercial Art and Advertising Design. As a child she was very fortunate to share her love of art with her father. An artist himself, he encouraged her and was her biggest fan.

Her early summer vacations included time at the Jersey shore where she discovered a deep love for the ocean. She would often be found sitting on a boardwalk bench admiring the ever changing seascape. As an adult she moved to New Jersey where she began working for interior decorators, designing hand painted furniture. Later she began her own mural business. Many of these included the ocean scenes she has always loved.

Recently Carol-Ann moved to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Here she can still be found on the beach admiring the sunrise, awed by the beauty of the sea. In 2017 she decided to begin painting on canvases. This collection is a result of that endeavor. Her goal is to share the beauty of nature with the viewer. She believes that loving nature is the secret to finding beauty and happiness everywhere.

The images you see here are available as original acrylic paintings on back stapled canvases. All canvases are painted around the edges to also allow hanging without a frame. Giclees are another option for a copy which looks just like the original. Finally there are prints available on watercolor paper. Whichever you choose we hope you get as much joy from the image as Carol-Ann did painting it for you.
